Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Rocket VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. The intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface text, and technical assets belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, plans, or pricing and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials. Jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended because it may weaken system security and affect normal App operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to the terms of those third-party services.

Service use depends on a stable network connection, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, or another available connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, carrier failure, roaming fees, or poor signal quality. Data charges outside Wi-Fi are the user's responsibility. Before using the App, please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. Service interruption caused by battery depletion, operating-system restrictions, local network failure, or third-party platform changes does not create a compensation obligation for the Service Provider. We work to maintain accurate routing information and app compatibility, but some data depends on third-party infrastructure. For security and functionality, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate service within a reasonable scope.
